Another free trade agreement? https://batimes.com.ar/news/argentina/milei-says-he-will-change-argentinas-laws-to-mitigate-trumps-tariffs.phtml . I think this starts to explain the reason and no matter what people think, it might just work .... of course for the US's interest. He is the US president.
