I certainly don't want to see the SP head down, not so much personally as it really doesn't affect me in anyway as I am not planning on selling, but because a falling share price scares retail shareholders into selling out at the bottom of the cycle. Maybe I am a fool, but I actually care about our small shareholders and not just the big end of town.
I know people here like to blame the delay is getting the trial started for the decline in the SP, but I think we would have ended up roughly where we are right now no matter what would have happened. If we had enrolled the first patient in late 2024 the SP would likely have risen higher than it did, but it would also have likely fallen further in 2025 as has happened to some of our peers.
I can't make the SP go up, or make biotech a hot sector, all I can do is manage Race's cash conservatively and use what we have to build the most long term value that cash can deliver.
