My sense is it is unlikely RACE will continue as a going concern if they were to sell/license RC220 to a large pharma company and continue the development/commercialisation of the 29 molecules, at least NOT with Dr T at the helm.

Dr T has said on multiple occasions this is not a lifestyle company and his recent retirement was far too short and he looks forward to being retired again suggests to me he will exit when a suitable deal that best values RACE on a risk/reward basis at the P2 level.

RACE could continue development of the 29 molecules with a different CEO at the helm, but depending on who that individual is, I suspect a lot of shareholders may not stick around to find out if that Executive has the same ethos of looking after shareholders best interests and replying to their questions on HC as Dr. T!! Hard shoes to fill.

Perhaps there could be different suitors for RC220 as opposed to the 29 molecules. Boffin just shared the upcoming conference by Monash Uni together with Astex suggesting they may have a commercial interest in the FTO space.

Anyway, good to see some positivity return to the RAC threads and look forward to more sites opening, dose escalations and the big reveal of the trading blockout.
