There will be many updates along the way, however, the data to determine whether Bis truly is CPACS/MOPACS will be available after all patients have been treated and had their VO2peak measured in the P1b stage.
The key things that I am looking out for up until then is
1. MTCD (personally, I think 160 mg/m2 of Bisantrene will work)
2. Preliminary anti-cancer efficacy (not really the ideal patient population, though I can start to evaluate efficacy)
3. Safety and tolerability of the combination (nothing unexpected)
The major factor influencing timing is recruitment speed, DLTs, and the number of dose escalation cohorts. I am hoping recruitment into the final P1b stage will be swift, since the MOA paper will be released and Bisantrene can be discussed at conferences.
