Just pure speculation on my behalf.
We are in blackout period since June 2024. If Race did entered into conditional agreement with another party in June last year , it would have taken number of months prior June 24 to negotiate and get solicitors to execute such agreement. The board has changed at the end of August 2023. We have received a number of price sensitive announcements September to December 2023. Please note that we received only one sensitive announcement Jan-March 2024.
Maybe the answer to blackout period is in from one of the announcements we received Sept -Dec 2023 and there was a few good ones.
