Just maybe we have a partnership on the side that are happy to put in $33 million for next trials and don't want people to execute their piggy back options.
Less dilution who knows we guessed everything else.
if everyone took up their options and then we added more for the partnership the SP will be a tad lower on buyout
Lets say they buy us out for 5 billion and we have only 200,000 shares on issue that's a $25 SP
But if people take up their options and they put in $33 million and we have to add 27,000,000 to the register for there uptake
That will be
5 billion divided by 227,000,000 = $22 a share
Who know what the big dogs are thinking I know it's the same payout for biotech $5 billion but the SP changes and that makes a big difference for people accepting or not that extra $3
Just a thought way out there but never know a smart business person surely would think that.
