That's why I think DR T is working hard to get a sale done that way he doesn't have to come up with around $8 mill how does it add value to the company if a
(Equity partner) comes on board and buys his shares if that's what you are saying?
The money given to DR T would be his and won't have to put it in the company as it's his personal cash.
If they done something like buy all his shares $8 million worth and equal match buying an extra $8 million worth of shares for what ever price at least RAC will have $8 million to use.
