A blue sky thought popped in my head this morning.
Pure speculation and likely 99.99999% wrong.
However some of the best science outcomes come from ignorance.
(Yes, I am reading the book "Ignorance - How it Drives Science")
What if the MOA of Bisantrene lead to knowledge of how most cancers evolve, propagate and mask themselves from detection of the immune system and cancer fighting drugs?
...and, What if the Bisantrene and the other 39 derivative molecules made cancer appear like the common cold of the future?
It would certainly assist the cancer sufferers and their families and create a population explosion
Is that what the blackout is all about?
Unlikely, but it was a nice pipe dream.
