No company that I know of releases this data so it is only intentional in that this is the industry norm. Production cost is not very sensitive to scale - it doesn’t cost 10x more to make 10x the number of vials - 1.5x-2x for a small molecule drug is typical.
For a non-generic drug the cost of production is rarely of any importance. About the only sector where the cost of goods matters is cell therapies like CAR-T.
