As promised, I am back posting on RAC HC after my (3x failed) self-imposed New Year’s resolution to not post until $2.50 or MOA is published.

Why RAC demands your attention as an investor?

RAC is a company and stock on the move. On the fore front of a scientific oncology revolution and they are posed to reap the rewards.

They are not just talking about the future of oncology, they are actually building and developing it (being the first-in-class, best-in-class of cardio-oncology).

And that’s why so many well informed and well researched investors here are bullish on RAC.

RAC is not a stock for the faint of heart (pun not intended). It is volatile, it is complex! It requires deep research, which very few are willing to undertake. It requires patient capital, again, which very few truly have. That’s one of the reasons I stopped posting on RAC HC … to practise my own form of investor patience.

But for those willing to take the time, for those willing to take the effort and risk, the potential upside is enormous. We are talking about a company that could be worth multiple billions of dollars in a few years to come.

RAC is now starting to build back trust with the broader investment community. It has been over 2 years since CSO Dr T resigned. Then subsequently rejoined as consultant, and then appointed CEO and now MD/CEO. The board has been renewed. Management and board are aligned and focused behind one vision and strategy. I also argue that along with the renewed strategy, management and board, there has also been (understandable) churn in the shareholder base and a depressed sp. But the good thing is that I believe all of these are behind us. We now have a strong and stable board, management, and now, investor base.

I believe that the main upcoming sp resistance points are $3 (spp raise price), which should be surpassed by end of 2025 (in a few months), but most probably by ESMO reveal in mid-Oct.

All time high for RAC was $4.23 back in 2021. RAC should get back there next year and shoot straight through pass $5. I think the easiest gain for us shareholders will be from $5 to $10 … no resistance from past holders or price action … just blue sky and happy long term holders all seeing green in their RAC holding. This will mirror similar moves by other ASX biotech darlings CU6, TXL and NEU. Where there were periods of long consolidation and churn, followed by an explosive growth phase in the sp by 10x - 20x in a short period.

So do your own research, folks. Don’t just take anyone’s word for it. This week’s RAC announcement is significant, ie partnership potential. Although RAC moved up significantly since, I believe the market is still not yet regonising the full amazing impact.

But don’t sleep on RAC either. This is a company that has the potential to change the world and those who get in early stand to make a fortune. Remember, fortunes are made by those who recognise the next big thing before everyone else does, and just as important, they take concrete action. And I believe that RAC could be it … the next big thing in biotech.

I have been slowly accumulating in the low $1’s. Please refer to my separate post on the “Alternative to early exercise of the $1.25 piggy back options”.

I have been quietly sharing the RAC story to my growing Aust and Asia investor network. Some now extend to their family and friends in UK, NZ, US.

Now with the recent strength in the sp and the new news revealed to date, they are more eager and primed to either make an initial investment or top up an existing RAC holding.

Quite a few are excited and confirmed to attend the HK investor meeting next month to meet Dr T and Dr S in person.
