Great stuff mate. I had a feeling u had bought in Brisbane or surrounds. I bought 1 in Everton hills last year and as soon as I sell out of Rac I will b buying another 1 up there somewhere. Can’t go wrong with property. I wish my average cost was 86c although there will b plenty of people later this year saying they wished they had my average of 2.15.
