Understanding the limitations of the algorithm behind the valuation used by morningstar is critical.
It is unable to decipher the fundamental analysis such as the importance of FTO, the recent breast and ovarian cancer results.
All it simply does is see the cash position and a few other technical indicators and predict a share price. It has a strong track record of being incorrect.
