I also have a question regarding institutional investors.
Could I get an insight into how a potential institutional investor is able to join RAC as a shareholder if they find it to be a favourable investment? Is there any legal requirements that prevents them from entering a company below a certain SP or Market Cap etc etc and if do these principles apply to RAC?
I understand that other significant holders are able to sell to their position to them but I was wondering if the reason we aren’t seeing any big names enter into RAC is due to legal limitations - thanks!
