The article could have covered it better, from my own experience I was presented with different situations with a number of solutions only one was correct. The solutions all seemed correct, only one was ethical a very cunning sort of test which to be honest i did not like. I guess it got results and these days companies more than ever need ethical people dealing with there customers.
As a final note in the end I left the industry.
