Hey mate. I haven't finished this table yet, as I am busy with other things, but I thought I would show you what I have anyway. it is a list of some of the FTO inhibitors that have been developed in the last ~12 months. Brequinar is the only comparable drug by IC50 value, but it has had some real limitations in human trials. Other drugs like FTO-04 and FB23-2 have been developed and shown good signs, but their IC50 values are 10- to 30- fold larger than bisantrene, which highlights the potential and strength of bisantrene. Not to mention that bisantrene has a massive amount of safety and tolerability data that puts them years and $$ infront of the game.
