Struggle. There is a reason that medical sales reps are so well paid. They are on average ridiculously attractive and charming as that is the only way they can get in to talk to the doctors. As a scientist it is always amusing to go to a medical conference where these reps congregate - they will come up to you and turn on the charm until they find out you are scientist - at this point the shutters come down and they literally turn on their heels and run.
