As others have questioned, maybe you have not done enough research on RAC and its super drug. I started to buy at end of 2018 when I realised how good this drug is because two French girls were treated by Bisantrene 30 years ago and were in full recovery, who have had their own kids later!
Regarding who are selling or buying, none of those instos in broker data are a substantial holder as we know who are, who are not! If an insto has played RAC, BUT never issues Form 604, that means it is a small player just like a retailer with big buying power! In this regard, no point to worry about which small instos are selling.
RAC is different in what this broker data can imply. RAC does not need too many instos. If their holdings are much less than most big retailers here, they are ignored as small fish.
