Yes, that would be a hybrid of a full buyout and a partnership. It could happen. And the spin-off royalty company could eventually be sold also.
BTW, my concept of a "partnership" is that the partner designs and pays for the P3, approval and commercialisation. I don't see any scenario where RAC would perform those tasks.
