Yes - i also went looking for this yesterday (to check for myself ) and fortunately I had saved it , when I found it months ago in earlier news articles .
It is 7 years exclusivity (not 8) for Race Oncology with Bisantrene from the time if/when Bisantrene becomes registered in the US mainly for paediatric AML/AML , as incentive for companies to develop very needed treatment drugs in terrible children’s diseases (PRV eligibility also wrapped up in this )
RAC has comprehensive patents out for many years (mid 2030s) for broad spectrum treatment use .
