I've tracked down this company.

Have been in it a couple of times but am currently completely out and not planning on getting back in.
Agree with your comments @Mason14 management have a bad track record. I even raised it with the ASX, received a presentation from the Chairman at the time that wasn't provided to the market. They're extremely quiet all the time unless a capital raise is brewing. I put them in the same pile as a lifestyle company, even though they might be trying, they have the wrong people at the top.
