I think people need to keep in mind there are 2 types of positive announcements.

Those that are unexpected, causing a surge in buying driving the price higher, and

Those that are expected and have been priced in already.

First patient dosing is an expected part of the AML trial, and we've known about the AML trial for a while now. It's like if a mining company announced they were going to drill some holes, then they announce that they've started drilling the first hole. Well, of course. The exciting part is when results are announced because no one can know for sure what those results will be.
