highly speculative -
1. MoF is still recruiting for their $100mil fund. could it still be them?
2. MoF has never been successful in obtaining a material stake on the market, so I guess other funds would also struggle.
3. If unsuccessful on the market why push the price down? In the past we have seen lower price equal lower avg equal off market transaction.
4. so who would sell?
4.1 Not RAC as they will have tons of cash coming in at $4.50
4.2 Gardner He has been selling for some time, but would $3 be too low for him?
4.3 There are lots of oppies around, maybe make a play for the oppies?
5. news is imminent so I guess we will know soon what's going on. An ann today? Maybe wishful thinking.
