It's the same back and forth process with any regulatory body.
I still feel IP security is our largest commercial risk but it was significantly reduced when the COH patent application was rejected and Prof Chen joined our SAB.
COH either have no claim or we've struck an in principle agreement with them not to proceed. Both scenarios are positive.
