I don't see how it is much different than a company who provides their Telephone number and says "don't hesitate to call us with any questions you may have, my line is always open"
or something along those lines.
The difference is, instead of saying the same thing to 100 different phone calls...
or a group of people getting together to do a conference call to the company...
The end result is the same - Clarification and Banter without overstepping the Duty of Disclosure requirements.
I don't see how it is much different than a company who provides...
