Agreed, but…
The SPP is aimed at LTSH - however Race will figure that out with help from Automic. If these are indeed LTSH then you could expect less flipping once allocated. But given it is only about 10 million shares, I would be surprised if more than 10% (1Mn shares) is flipped. That is the reason I wish SPP allocation came with a few months of lock in but sellers would sell once lock in ended so that defeats the purpose.
All the daily trading is waaaaaay less than 0.5% of SOI, so I don’t expect more choppiness after SPP allocation. We will see.
Expecting some Anns as we were given early Q1 timelines but we are now at end of the quarter and barely few days of trading left. So news would be imminent IMO.
