Ethics approval has been submitted. That was acknowledged by David in the very recent investor update.
They were expecting a reply around Christmas. I'd posit that while it's still very early January and there are breaks over Christmas and new year, timing is fair.
If biotech were analogous to a mining operation, then the concern with "deadlines" would be apt. But it's not. It's an evolving scientific beast. One which we've continued to throw expertise towards with new hires and a massive funding program.
I'd posit that most long term holders understand this reality.
