Unfortunately Automic's web site does not support NZ payments, they also failed to let Kiwi's know that is the case, Banks in NZ stopped accepting cheques the middle of last year some time.
It was not until I phoned them to find out where my refund was that I was informed I need to fill out an EFT (electronic Funds Transfer) which they then emailed me and I did straight away, that was 29/12/21. Have since phoned 2 more times, still waiting..........
