All things being equal I generally disregard risks that would otherwise be consistent with other Biotech's and the market. i.e. Focus on risks that are Centric to Race and their strategy / within their control. I think the SPP has a good summary and also the independent expert report in the Prospectus when Race first listed.

For me stand-out risks, first-to-market barriers in relation to FTO is biggest concern. Secondly time to get trials wrapped up and shareholder sentiment + no major Insto or private equity support (could a MoF sell-off be worse than BG)?
