this assumes Keytruda have positive synergy and PD-1 resistance is overcome. The market probably still won’t understand initially and just see Merck or Keytruda and rerate on that basis.

or some nympties might buy the rumour sell the news thinking it is already priced in - panic selling on positive results and dropping the SP.
