From a cardiotoxicity perspective, the various MOA from treatments are illustrated nicely below. Could be a platform for other treatment classes that might benefit from Zantrene i.e. TKI's : ) Radiation therapy does have a different cardiotoxic effect on the heart compared to Anthracyclines and Proteasome inhibitors. So cardio protect may or may not translate to this space.
