Recently came across this video which I found quite informative and thought it could be a good resource for someone interested in developing their AML knowledge. It addresses a bit of advanced biology but is still helpful to someone with a more basic understanding (like myself). It covers MDS toward the end and ties in nicely with material discussed at the start of the video.
