I don't think they are using Monash for the 100+ cancers initiative.
I think they are using a commercial high-throughput screening service that specialises in doing this for drug development companies. I think this type of screening gives a "first cut" in terms of efficacy - they would then need to use PDX mouse models to give greater precision in terms of accuracy of result (and a cross-check). The FDA still prefers to see mouse model data ... but there are changes afoot (maybe tepid - see DT's comment below).
