Given the speculations posted here, and the commentary being used, I'm surprised the SP isn't going up and the volume today is relatively low.
I don't have any spare funds, otherwise I would be buying.
It appears that the highly anticipated re-rate is going to be very close even if it is a lowball offer that gets rejected by DT and the majority. Let's say the "lowball" offer does come in at $1b USD, we should still then run up to ~$10 / share which would be a nice place to be. It would certainly make $30-$100 look more realistic than what it does now.
