A couple of things in hindsight:
1. Dr T musing months ago about splitting RAC into a cardio company and an FTO company. (I wonder whether this might still be an option).
2. DT and PL publicly made light of their diverging views on ‘how big’ cardio vs fto were - actual disagreement was more serious and to do with commercial focus.
3. Possibly why PL stepped back first as CEO. Then DT lost debate and pulled out.
