Because the whole buyback initiative is ridiculous. Management should be focussed on the clinical
and pre-clinical programs that will create actual value rather than smoke and mirrors activities to prop up the share price.

I think most RAC shareholders agree the sp doesn’t reflect the real value of the company. As Warren says… “in the short term the market is a voting machine, in the long term it’s a weighing machine”. The re-rate will come, and when it does it will be based on fundamentals, not unsustainable management trickery like share buybacks.
