Share price would be better supported by RAC getting on with business, programmes underway, collaborations with KOLs, institutions, partnerships based on data & potential and monetary and/or resource partnerships from big pharma.
At the time the buy back was a good idea, didn’t affect planned programmes but with new captain of the ship DCB let’s go full steam ahead on meaningful actions, not gimmicks to calm spooked investors (that haven’t put in decent DD) asking “when lambo?”.
Opinions are going to vary greatly on this though and others will whinge and sook over it.
