I'm less confident of a decent near term rerate after Kron's post yesterday.

We will need enough buying demand from somewhere to churn ~ 100% of the SOI between $4-$6, and I don't see it happening based on those comments.

Prior to that, I was speculating that RAC had already had partnership talks, and it was held up by the finalisation of RC220, and the primary research. However, I'm now not sure that will happen. It's more likely a case of a collaboration for a clinical trial... Which to date for RAC has only resulted in more blue sky valuations, then actual SP movement.
