There is a trial from the 90's with dose escallation that shows the impact Zantrene had a low doses.... It may have even been the Paeds combo trial.. I can't quiet remember which one, and can't find the link now, but it has been shared before.
It takes a bit of connecting the dots (which @Mason14 did), however it implies that low dose Zantrene was effective, and this is assumed to be due to FTO inhibition.
