The examiner says:
* Lack of cardiotoxicity isn't novel or inventive, because ir's been known for decades.
* Synergy isn't novel or inventive, because both RAC and University of Texas had already found it.
* Cardioprotection and the dosing to achieve it IS novel and inventive.
That's great news. Break open the champagne. If this stuff wasn't all top secret, it would warrant an ASX announcement.
