Agreed. News and progress are everything. It's hard psychologically to be carrying heavy bags for years on end, but it's a lot easier when comms are frequent (and positive).
Hopefully the RAC management understand the importance of regular comms updates - and not just quarterly paragraph-sized blips.
I know management read these threads now and then. I hope they see this point. Pay a PR team to do this with you if you don't have capacity internally. Burying news and updates solely in a quarterly is doing the entire company and its shareholders a disservice.
