The only thing odd about the Race company rep posting on HC is it was done openly. I personally know of dozens of directors and CEOs posting on HC under anonymous handles pretending to be "well informed shareholder".
HC is a social media platform no different than any other platform and as long as you are open and honest it is no better or worse than any other platform.
