I was told late May they were allowed to buy/sell at that point.
My guess is that the difference between late May and late June, is simply they now have an idea on the strategic update and are therefore unable to trade.
What the strategic update will bring is the big question - hopefully a COH collaboration like a fair few are speculating here..... (followed by a $5+ SP).
