This has always made me a little uneasy about JC. Most of this uneasy-ness has admittedly come from HC speculation. But if it does in fact hold some truth, I highly doubt JC would ever admit it if one were to email him and ask. At the same time surely it would be hard for the Board to recommend accepting a low offer when they have also endorsed the indicative valuations (revenues) as put forward under the released Triangle report? Fwiw I've never anticipated any offer coming in before P2 readouts. Part of me was hoping Danny was bought on to help find an equity partner, be it Pharma/Fund, to take on JCs shares and bid him farewell. Guess I was wrong on that one. Imho It's never really been clear to me where he has been adding value in our development over the past few years. Time will tell
