The EMD AML trial was very cleverly designed. I don't understand the thinking behind walking away from this design to focus on r/r AML, but hopefully we will find out soon.
Yes there are many, many issues with focusing on r/r AML patients, but given there is possibly a good reason(s) for this change that I don't understand I think it is best I wait until the update is released to comment further.
