    24th August following a trading halt and announcement of some commercial deal/input in my opinion.

    I suspect DCB is inking some form of commercial deal behind the scenes (trial, partnerships etc) that once done the strategic update will drop and all the behind the scenes meetings/US trips etc will start to make sense....
