A year an a half ago with all that was going on and the valuation reports basically sending out moon and rocket emogies it would have been hard for any big pharma to throw out a low ball offer and get excepted but with the complete shemozzles the board has been recently with strategy's/arguments and a carousel of rotating board members any offer we get is going to be seriously considered by many.
