I agree that it’s time to start looking forward & judging the current setup on what they achieve this calendar year. For disclosure I converted my options in the first week you could do so & I think it’s imperative that the rest of the Race team do so asap as well because anything less is poor leadership in my humble opinion. I’m not putting DT into this comment as his financial commitment so far has been second to none. So I’m looking forward but I think we could all agree that it’d be easier to look forward if the rest of the team exercised their options asap! Good leaders would of converted by now, let’s see what sort of leaders we have?
