People, calm your nerves. Let DT do his job. He is the CEO and well aware of how his staff is spending their time, how they do/ don’t contribute to the company and how to manage their staff’s performance. When to market Bisantrene, to whom, when, how etc also needs to be carefully planned and executed instead of expecting all our staff to just randomly speak about it. From a Race perspective Sophia is a project director and not a Bisantrene or oncology SME.
Let us not, as armchair critics, try to tell our CEO how to do his job. IMHO.
