With all due respect to any of those institutions or sophisticated investors, some retail investors have professional and/or academic backgrounds in areas pertinent to RACE and may consider themselves to be better able to understand and appreciate the science and discern its value with regards to a longterm investment perspective, the latter of which may have never have been the intentions of some of those institutions and sophs.
