Totally agree.
I have had a cruise through a couple of these groups since, many horrible stories on there that are terribly sad, really sobering and eye opening.
Some groups have rules with variations of no advertising/treatment advice/selling of commercial products etc etc but there are also some posts that skirt the boundaries of these rules that posters have approached moderators for approval prior.
Still firmly remains in the morally complex bucket but I guess when you're talking about trials of an oncology drug that's unavoidable.
